Memoranda of Understanding signed with the regional Departments of Investment, Industry and Trade of Khorezm and Syrdarya Regions — under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan — mandate CAPPA to source, package and bring domestic and foreign capital to the regions’ investment projects. Purpose
To establish cooperation in attracting domestic and foreign investment into the investment projects implemented or curated by the authority — through investor sourcing, professional packaging of the projects, and their promotion on the international capital market.

Nature & term
- Framework, non-binding cooperation — creates no financial obligations and is not a services contract. Specific projects are formalised by separate agreements.
- Effective from the date of signing, valid for one year, and renews automatically; either party may terminate on 30 days’ written notice.
- Both parties uphold confidentiality of information shared under the cooperation.
